Recently completed - new photos coming soon - this high-performance home is where energy efficiency, comfort, security, and craftsmanship are seamlessly integrated into a refined living experience.  The residence is perched on a sloping desert site, with serene views of Camelback Mountain. The home is the first Certified Passive House in the Phoenix metro area.

The home was built as a private, highly efficient retreat focused on health, comfort, and security. Sustainable building practices and restrained, minimal detailing informed every decision, creating a quiet modern home shaped by performance as much as design.

As the certified Passive House builder, KDB collaborated closely with the design team, owners, and Passive House consultants. A goal for a Zero VOC interior, high efficiency systems, cutting edge lighting, European kitchen and home automation are some of the additional features of the home.
