Erik Koss
Koss design+build founder, Erik Koss is a licensed architect, contractor, LEED accredited professional and PHIUS certified builder. Erik received his Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois and came to Arizona to pursue a Master’s in Architecture and a separate Master’s in Construction Management. Erik’s uncompromising belief in a true design build process is what guides KDB today.
Erik has numerous years of experience in the planning, design and construction of various building types, with a focus on high end residential projects. Erik’s success is based on client interaction and satisfaction along with a commitment to timeless design, quality construction and sustainable building. Erik brings his collective design experience and technical knowledge to every project through creative, viable design & construction solutions.
